How to book a meeting room?
Check out our facilities below and make a reservation. Reservations are made in the Novapolis reservation program. Before making a reservation, you must register as a Novapolis program user at https://novapolis.spaces.nexudus.com/.
Registration is free. The reservation is paid by card at the time of booking.

Ordering Meeting Catering
Tasty and versatile meeting catering is available for all Novapolis meeting rooms through our partner restaurants.
Meeting catering cannot be ordered directly through the Novapolis platform.
We kindly ask customers to place their catering orders directly with the restaurant. The restaurant will handle the invoicing for the catering.

To make hosting meetings at Novapolis even easier, we’ve created half-day and full-day packages for both small and large groups! Everyone is warmly welcome to meet with us – whether you are one of our office tenants or not.
Our selection includes over 40 bright and versatile meeting and event spaces at our Microkatu and Viestikatu campuses.
Meeting package prices:
• Half-day meeting (5–20 people): €45 / person + VAT
• Full-day meeting (5–20 people): €60 / person + VAT
• Groups over 20 people, or shorter/longer meetings – ask for an offer!
Our meeting packages include:
• Meeting room of your choice (up to 9 hours)
• Morning and/or afternoon coffee with light snacks, plus a varied buffet lunch
• Full-day parking
• Modern meeting technology with hybrid options
• Support from a meeting host
• Use of the CoWork space
