We are located in Savilahti, Kuopio. The bright, state-of-the-art premises at Viestikatu are easily adapted to your company’s varying needs. Spaces are flexibly available for small and large companies alike.
Campus presentation
Viestikatu’s versatile complex rents office space and business premises for all kinds of operators. The campus can be easily accessed by car, bicycle, walking or public transport. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking garage and in the yard for business customers and guests.
Viestikatu has three different types of restaurants, among other things, as well as a cosmetologist, a masseuse and a Padel field. Our CoWork environment increases flexibility and enables modern hybrid work.
Viestikatu’s business premises are located along good transport connections close to the Kuopio University Hospital, the University of Eastern Finland and the Kuopio city centre. Viestikatu is a unique operating environment where companies and experts meet.

The workday is at its best when everything runs smoothly. At Novapolis, all the essential services you need throughout the day are close at hand, and help is always available when you need it. Meeting and CoWork spaces, reception services, restaurants and wellbeing services make everyday work easier. We take care of the work environment so you can focus on what matters most.
Parking
Viestikatu has contract parking spaces in the parking house.
Short-term/guest parking is possible in the parking house and yard areas. In the yard areas, guest places are marked with traffic signs.
Payment with mobile apps (EasyPark and Parkman).
The automatic camera recognition of the parking application must be turned on already when driving into the parking garage.

CoWork is a flexible work environment designed for the needs of everyday work. Novapolis’ largest and most comprehensive CoWork space is located in the M section of Microkatu, offering a comfortable environment for remote work, focused work, meetings and networking. Two other CoWorks are available at Viestukatu Campus.
The space is available to our tenant customers free of charge as part of their tenancy.
For others, the space is available with flexible options including a day pass, a 10-visit pass or a monthly membership.

Everyone is warmly welcome to hold meetings at Novapolis, whether you are one of our office tenants or not.
We have over 40 versatile spaces suitable for everything from meetings and workshops to more relaxed evening events for groups of 1–150 people.
Most of our meeting rooms are equipped with hybrid meeting technology, and our location with excellent transport connections makes getting here easy.
In addition to our meeting rooms, the impressive Five Star Lounge at Viestikatu is available for bookings and provides a stylish setting for sauna evenings, celebrations and meetings. In Microkatu there is a similar 7th Heaven Lounge -space.

The restaurants offer a varied selection of lunch options and are open to everyone. They also provide catering for our meeting rooms as well as for customers’ own premises.
