How should you start your running hobby, how should you continue when your stamina grows? How do I find good sneakers for running?

With the guidance of a National orienteering team athlete Hannu Airila, the secrets of running will be explored in Yliopistonranta area. We will together watch the techniques for running and breathing and enjoy the training.

For clothing, we recommend flexible clothing suitable for outdoor running and weather.

Cancellation

If you are prevented from coming, please cancel your booking as soon as possible, so that we can get someone to take your place. The Friday before the sports day is the last day of cancellation. You can also activate your coworkers if you are unable to attend. We will charge the full fee for booking not cancelled on time.
