Koivu is a meeting room for 12 persons on the 1st floor of Viestikatu 3. The meeting room’s technology enables agile organization of hybrid meetings.

The standard table shape is diplomat.

Restaurant Caari serves nearby to the meeting room.

Technology and equipment:

  • flip chart
  • note-taking equipments

The keys can be picked up from the Viestikatu 3 reception service on Mondays between 8:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m and Tuesdays – Fridays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

The reservation can be canceled without costs 48 hours before the start of the reservation.
