We organize around 100 different events throughout the year. Through our events, we aim to build community, enable networking with other professionals, and provide positive energy that you can take with you beyond the workday—even all the way home.

We offer event packages of various sizes, suitable for both small gatherings and larger events.
Alternatively, we can tailor a comprehensive event solution to meet your needs.

Promotional Stand
Novapolis Customers:
- Promotional stand in one lobby: €99 / day
- Promotional stand in two lobbies: €190 / day
Others (external customers):
- Promotional stand in one lobby: €199 / day
- Promotional stand in two lobbies: €299 / day

The Promotional Stand package includes:
- A promotional stand spot in the lobby of your choice
- A table (high table or standard table)
- A movable screen (for displaying your own promotional material or showcasing products)
- Featured listing on Novapolis’ website and in the application event calendar
- Visibility in the Novapolis campus media event calendar view
- Featured mention in the Novapolis newsletter
The package also includes assistance and guidance from Novapolis staff with setting up the stand and other practical arrangements.
We also offer larger options, such as a full promotional day or longer periods (several days) for promotional stands, etc. Request a quote!
Event Package: Basic
The Basic event package is perfect for events where you want to bring people together efficiently and effortlessly—whether it’s a team day, a small product launch, or a relaxed networking session.
The package includes a suitable event space, basic technical equipment, and support from the event team before the event begins.
Number of participants: The Basic package is suitable for events with a maximum of 30 people, lasting 1–2 hours.
Ideal for: Breakfast meetings, small keynote presentations, afternoon coffee gatherings, after-work events, and other intimate networking occasions.

- €299 (Novapolis tenant customers)
- €399 (Others, external customers)

The Basic Event Package includes:
- Event planning meeting together with the client
- A suitable event space (e.g., Gasto Cabinet, Olo Meeting Room)
- Movable screen and hybrid meeting technology (suitable for webinars and hybrids events)
- High table and existing furniture in the space
- WiFi
- Support from the Novapolis event team before the event
- Featured listing on Novapolis’ website and in the application event calendar
- Visibility in the Novapolis campus media event calendar view
- Featured mention in the Novapolis newsletter event listing

Event Package: Plus
The Plus event package is ideal when your event requires more impressive surroundings and stronger support.
This package is perfect for events where you want to combine high-quality spaces, technical equipment, and smooth production—whether it’s a seminar, client event, staff day, or a larger networking event.
Number of participants: The Plus package is suitable for events with 30–120 people, lasting up to half a day (4 hours). Additional hours can be arranged separately.
Ideal for: Staff events, seminars, larger keynote sessions, networking events, office housewarmings, company anniversaries, client events, and product launches.
Price:
- €599 (Novapolis tenant customers)
- €699 (Others, external customers)

The Plus Event Package includes:
- Event planning meeting together with the client
- Event space (e.g., CoWork, Round or Pointti, includin stage usage in CoWork)
- Sound system and screen(s) (movable and/or fixed)
- Furniture in the space, 50 extra chairs and room setup according to the clients wishes
- WiFi and fixed internet connection if needed
- Support of the Novapolis event team and production assistance throughout the event (1 staff member)
- Visibility across Novapolis channels (event calendars, campus media event calendar view, featured mention in the newsletter, social media)
- Free parking for max 3 persons in the courtyard area

Event Package: Pro
The Pro event package is ideal when you want to organize a memorable event with extensive facilities and full production support.
This package is perfect for events where you want to impress a large audience—whether it’s a major client event, staff celebration, product launch, or multi-stage event concept.
Number of participants: The Pro package is suitable for large events with 80–150 people, lasting a full day (8 hours).
Ideal for: Large client and staff events, major product launches, company celebrations, and broader event concepts.
Price:
- €899 (Novapolis tenant customers)
- €999 (Others, external customers)

The Pro Event Package includes:
- Event planning meeting together with the client
- Event space, including Meeting Boxes in CoWork (if wanted)
- Sound system and screen(s) (movable and/or fixed)
- Use of colored spotlights
- Furniture in the space, 50 extra chairs and room setup according to the clients wishes
- WiFi and fixed internet connection if needed
- Full production support from the Novapolis event team throughout the event (1-2 staff members)
- Visibility across Novapolis channels (event calendars, campus media event calendar view, featured mention in the newsletter, social media)
- Free parking for max 5 persons in the courtyard area

Event Package: Prime
The Prime event package is perfect when you want someone to handle the entire event for you, fully tailored to your wishes.
This package is ideal for events aiming to deliver a comprehensive and carefully crafted experience—whether it’s a brand event, company celebration, major product launch, or multi-stage event concept.
We begin with a joint ideation meeting to define the event’s objectives. After that, Novapolis takes care of the entire production, technical setup, and visibility, allowing you to focus entirely on the event content and your guests.
The Prime event package is delivered on a turnkey basis.

- Promotional mailing to Novapolis customers’ mailboxes: from €79
- Transportation service for furniture and equipment: €53,50 / h (minimum charge 1 h)
- Billing fee: 4,90 €
- Customer account setup: €15 (if not already a Novapolis customer)

Novapolis Sport Club
Novapolis’ Own Sports Club! Novapolis Sport Club is all about getting active and trying out different sports.
How “athletic” we actually are is another question. The purpose of Novapolis Sport Club is to enjoy time together exploring various sport activities. Being the fastest or strongest isn’t the goal—good spirits and positive energy are what count most in this group.
Each activity is led by a professional instructor or coach who shares tips and insights about the sport.
The activities are suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level or gender. Novapolis Sport Club sessions are generally held outside office hours and are self-funded.
Novapolis Afternoon Club
Novapolis’ Own Afternoon Club for Adults! Novapolis Afternoon Club brings the joy of club activities through hands-on experiences across a variety of topics.
The idea is to try new things in a DIY spirit, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Being the most skilled, creative, or productive isn’t the goal—good spirits and positive energy are what matter most in this group.
Each session is led by an expert or professional in the respective field.
The clubs are open to all genders. Novapolis Afternoon Club sessions are generally held outside office hours and are self-funded.
Novapolis Mornings
Novapolis Mornings are a business breakfast-style event held approximately once a month.
Novapolis Mornings take place from 7:45 to 9:15 and feature facilitated networking along with a keynote presentation on a current topic, delivered by an engaging speaker.
The mornings are free for participants, with breakfast porridge and coffee served in good company.

Sessions builds on the strong foundation of the popular Brand Seminar.
Sessions is a full-day experience, featuring a seminar program and, true to its name, hundreds of facilitated discussions/sessions that draw you right in—where big ideas meet even bigger possibilities!
The event provides an easy and engaging environment for generating new ideas, exchanging thoughts, and discussing the day’s topics and themes with other participants.
The themes of Sessions focus on sales, winning, and organizational culture.
