We are located in the Toivala village, Siilinjärvi, 13 kilometres north of Kuopio, with only a 15-minute drive to the Kuopio city centre.

Lentokapteeni Services
The workday is at its best when everything runs smoothly. At Novapolis, all the essential services you need throughout the day are close at hand, and help is always available when you need it. Meeting and CoWork spaces, reception services, restaurants and wellbeing services make everyday work easier. We take care of the work environment so you can focus on what matters most.
Lentokapteeni offers contract parking spaces in the outdoor parking area.
Short-term and visitor parking is available in the parking area right by the main entrance.
Visitor parking is free of charge for guests visiting Lentokapteeni.
CoWork
Lentokapteeni tenant customers are entitled to use Novapolis’ shared CoWork spaces in Savilahti, Kuopio.
CoWork is a flexible work environment designed for different everyday needs. Novapolis’ largest and most comprehensive CoWork space is located on the Microkatu campus, offering a comfortable environment for remote work, focused work, meetings and networking. Two additional CoWork spaces are available on the Viestikatu campus.
The spaces are available to our tenant customers free of charge as part of their tenancy.
For others, the spaces are available with flexible options including a day pass, a 10-visit pass or a monthly membership.

Everyone is warmly welcome to hold meetings at Novapolis, whether you are one of our office tenants or not.
Lentokapteeni has three flexible meeting rooms that can be adapted to different needs. In addition, you have access to Novapolis’ wide selection of meeting spaces at the Microkatu and Viestikatu campuses.
We offer more than 40 versatile spaces suitable for meetings, workshops and more relaxed evening events for groups of 1–150 people.
Most of our meeting rooms are equipped with hybrid meeting technology, and our locations are easy to reach thanks to excellent transport connections.
In addition to meeting rooms, Viestikatu is home to the impressive Five Star Lounge, which can be booked for meetings, celebrations and sauna evenings. Microkatu offers a similar space, the 7th Heaven Lounge.

The Lentokapteeni campus is home to kahvila-lounasravintola Remar Pilotti, a restaurant serving delicious lunch and café services to everyone.
Pilotti also provides catering for Lentokapteeni’s meeting rooms as well as directly to customers’ own premises.
Novapolis also has lunch restaurants on its other campuses, where you are always welcome to enjoy lunch.

Visitor parking is in located in the building’s parking area close to the main entrance.
Visitor parking at Lentokapteeni is free of charge.
Party and Catering Services
Do you enjoy planning a party for your friends, family, family, co-workers, partners? Or is the mere thought a horror? Don’t you have enough time to throw a party? We will carry out your wildest ideas – or come up with ideas and implement for you to have a party of a lifetime, where you can just focus on enjoying the company of your guests.
Our cozy Pilotti restaurant has 100 seats.

Solar power
In June 2018, part of the outer walls of the south and west sides of Lentokapteeni got a new look. The metal gratings that previously adorned the wall were replaced with 180 solar panels that produce solar power. In this way, the property was provided with its own solar power plant with an output of approximately 40 kWp, the electricity from which is used entirely for the property’s own needs.
The annual capability of Lentokapteeni’s solar power plant is 40,000 kilowatt hours, which corresponds to the annual electricity consumption of approximately 40 apartment buildings.
