CoWork is a flexible work environment designed for the needs of the modern workday. Novapolis’ shared CoWork spaces at the Microkatu and Viestikatu campuses provide a comfortable setting for remote work, focused work, meetings and networking.

The spaces are available to our tenant customers free of charge as part of their tenancy.

For others, the spaces are also available with flexible options: a day pass, a 10-visit pass or a monthly membership.

Join our events or organise your own. At Novapolis, you’re not on your own – you’re part of a community of thousands of people.

Throughout the year, we offer a wide range of events where you can meet people, build connections, get inspired and succeed.

You can also organise your own events in our CoWork spaces or meeting rooms. And you don’t have to do it alone – we’ll help you create an event that reflects your company and your goals.

Reach members of our community and increase your company’s visibility with our eye-catching campus media advertising spaces.

The most prominent advertising space in our campus media network is the 73 m² digital outdoor screen on the wall of our Microkatu campus. To our knowledge, it is the largest digital outdoor screen in the Savo region, with excellent visibility along the newly renovated Savilahdentie. The outdoor screen at the main entrance to our Viestikatu campus is 10 m² in size.

Our campus media network also includes a wide range of indoor screens in lobbies and lifts across our Savilahti and Toivala campuses.

Media sales for our campus media network are handled by Kuopio-based Mediateko. Take advantage of the opportunity and book a high-impact campaign for your company at a special Novapolis customer rate!

Let’s plan a promotional day for your company! Set up a stand in one of our lobbies and meet members of the Novapolis community face to face.

You can book a promotional stand in one or several of our lobbies for one or more days. It’s a great way to increase your company’s visibility and connect with potential customers in person.

The promotional stand package includes a standing table, a screen if needed, and visibility on our social media channels, newsletter, website event calendar and the event calendar displayed on our indoor campus media screens.

You are also welcome to bring your own promotional materials and displays.

An illuminated sign is an effective way to increase your company’s visibility and help customers find your location.

We have a limited number of illuminated sign locations available at our Viestikatu and Microkatu campuses. Our sales team will be happy to tell you more about the available options and current availability.

Would you like to give your event or company more visibility within the Novapolis community?

One way to reach our customers is by distributing printed marketing materials directly to the mailboxes of Novapolis customer companies. You can choose to target customers at Viestikatu, Microkatu or both campuses.

The mailing service is priced according to our current price list.

Tan-ko Gym is located at the Microkatu campus. The gym offers versatile training facilities from morning to evening, as well as personal training services and group exercise classes.

The gym has approximately 200 m² of training space with a range of gym equipment, free weights and a 15-metre turf track.

Separate changing rooms with showers are available for men and women.

Tan-ko Padel offers a private single-court padel arena at the Viestikatu campus. Rackets and balls are included in the price.

Anyone can book a court through Tan-ko Padel’s booking system.

Passion Golf’s golf simulator makes it possible to enjoy golf all year round.

The facility features GC Hawk golf simulators, where you can play some of the world’s top courses, practise on the driving range or work on different aspects of your game. Both left- and right-handed players can play during the same session.

The golf simulator is located on the 1st floor of Viestikatu 1, next to the padel court.

Anyone can book a session through Passion Golf’s booking system. Parking is free during your booking, and parking permits are available at the simulator.

Loan clubs are also available.

Several massage professionals are available at our Microkatu and Viestikatu campuses. Book an appointment directly with the service provider and enjoy a massage even during your workday.

Get a haircut conveniently during your workday. A hair salon and barber serves customers at the Microkatu campus, while a barber is available at Viestikatu.

Bella Pauliina Beauty Salon, located at the Viestikatu campus, offers a wide range of beauty and wellness services. Services include facial treatments, eyelash and eyebrow treatments, and sugaring.
