Payment options for parking

• Parking is charged according to the price list above.
• 1. Payment with a mobile device: Depending on the parking location, parking can be paid for with a mobile device via the EasyPark or Parkman applications. Easypark area codes:
  • Microkatu 1 courtyard area: 287
  • Microkatu 1 parking house: 173
  • Viestikatu 1 and Viestikatu 3 courtyard area: 288
  • Viestikatu 7 courtyard area: 289
  • Viestikatu parking house: 172
• 2. Parking charge by invoice in parking houses: If you park in a parking house and do not want to pay for parking using the mobile application, you will receive an invoice for parking by post afterwards. An invoicing surcharge will be added to the invoice. The invoice will be sent to the owner/holder of the car. Payment by invoice is not possible in courtyard areas.

Novapolis parking terms

• Within the areas of our properties, current traffic regulations must be observed. Motor vehicle drivers must exercise caution, especially in parking areas, and be mindful of pedestrians. Driving/situation speed should be adjusted in parking areas to prevent hazardous situations, particularly in slippery conditions.
• Parking is subject to fees in parking garages 24/7 (Monday-Sunday).
• Parking in the Microkatu yard area is charged from Monday to Sunday from 7 am to 10 pm, and in the Viestikatu yard area from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm.
• Microkatu’s parking garage is open from Monday to Friday, 6:45 am to 6 pm. Viestikatu’s parking garage is open from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 10 pm.
• Automatic license plate recognition is in use at entry and exit points of parking garages.
• The automatic camera recognition of the parking app must be active upon entering the parking garage.
• Parking is allowed only in designated parking spaces.
• The parking area is under surveillance by recording cameras.
• Parking is at the vehicle driver’s own risk.
• The use of Webasto heaters is allowed in our parking areas.
• The use of interior heaters is not allowed at electric plug-in spots.
• Charging electric vehicles is allowed only in designated spots, and charging requires a separately purchased charging permit. The charging permit is valid for a specified period and does not renew automatically. The permit holder must take care of the renewal. Expired or misused permits will result in fines.
• Parking spaces must only be used for parking motor vehicles. Discharging substances such as oil on our parking areas is prohibited. Washing motor vehicles on our parking areas is also prohibited.
• Long-term parking in outdoor areas, parking garages, or parking halls is prohibited.
• Unnecessary idling of motor vehicles in our parking areas is prohibited.
• Smoking in parking areas is prohibited. Charges equivalent to the costs incurred will be collected from the tenant for intentionally or negligently caused fire alarms.
• Parking pricing follows the currently applicable Novapolis price list.
• Novapolis acts as the registrar, storing and processing information in accordance with EU data protection regulations.
• Parking is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment options for parking

• Parking will be charged according to the price list above.
• Depending on the destination, parking can be paid for via a mobile device via EasyPark or Parkman applications.
• If you choose not to pay for parking in the parking houses, you will be charged a control charge equal to the price of the parking. The invoice does not include any costs in excess of the price of parking other than a billing surcharge €5. Invoicing is not possible when parking in the yard areas.
