How do I book a Meeting Box and how do I use it? We have compiled instructions of how to make bookings to Meeting Boxes and how to use them.
Varaa Meeting Box – Vuokralaisasiakas
Meeting Boxien varaus tapahtuu Novapolis -alustamme kautta. Olettehan jo yrityksessä ottaneet rekisteröityneet CoWorkin käyttäjäksi? Jos ette, olethan yhteydessä cowork@novapolis.fi, niin saamme CoWorkin käyttöoikeuden aktivoitua.
1. Mene osoitteeseen: https://novapolis.spaces.nexudus.com/ tai lataa Novapolis -applikaatio AppStoresta tai Google Playsta.
2. Kirjaudu Novapolis -alustan työpöytäversioon tai sovellukseen
3. Kirjautumisen jälkeen katso kohdasta ”varaukset” Meeting Boxien varaustilanne.
4. Valitse haluamasi ajankohta ja suorita varaus loppuun. Maksu menee suoraan yrityksenne laskutukseen.
5. Nauti kokoustamisesta!
Varaa Meeting Box – Ulkopuolelta tuleva asiakas
Meeting Boxin varaus tapahtuu ”Novapolis” sovelluksen tai työpöytäversion kautta.
1. Mene osoitteeseen: https://novapolis.spaces.nexudus.com/ tai lataa Novapolis -applikaatio AppStoresta tai Google Playsta.
2. Rekisteröidy käyttäjäksi verkkosivuilla (mikäli et ole jo rekisteröitynyt aiemmin) ja täytä tarvittavat tiedot. Verkkosivuilla rekisteröitymisen jälkeen voit kirjautua tunnuksillasi Novapolis -sovellukseen tai käyttää verkkoselainta.
3. Katso kohdasta ”varaukset” Meeting Boxien varaustilanne.
4. Valitse haluamasi ajankohta ja suorita varaus sekä maksu.
5. Nauti kokoustamisesta!
Meeting Boxin käyttö
Käytössäsi on Meeting Boxin varustelut, joihin kuuluu Microkadun CoWorkissa 32’’ näyttö sekä hybridikokoukset mahdollistava Poly Studio video- ja soundbar. Meeting Boxista riippuen varusteluihin kuuluu joko sohvat tai tuolit sekä WiFi-yhteys.
Pistorasioita löytyy pöydästä ja/tai näyttötelineen jalasta tai sohvan alaosasta lattiatasosta.

Näytön / videobarin käyttö (Microkatu)
Jos tarvitset käyttöösi vain näytön, kytke pelkkä HDMI-piuha tietokoneeseesi. Jos haluat käyttää myös kameraa ja ääntä kytke HDMI-piuhan lisäksi tietokoneeseesi myös USB-piuha.
Jos tarvitset adapteria, näytön jalustassa roikkuu klipsillä nippu erilaisilla liittimillä olevia adaptereita.
Valaistus ja ilmastointi
Meeting Boxin valaistusta ja ilmanvaihtoa voit säätää boxityypistä riippuen joko boxin seinästä tai näyttöruudun jalustasta löytyvillä säätimillä.
Siisteys
Huolehdithan ystävällisesti, että Meeting Box jää siistiin kuntoon käyttösi jälkeen. Viethän roskat roskikseen ja palautat astiat astianpalautukseen.

Book a Meeting Box – Tenant customer
The booking of Meeting Boxes takes place through our Novapolis platform. If you haven’t already registered as a CoWork user in your company, please contact cowork@novapolis.fi, so we can activate your CoWork usage right.
1. Go to: https://novapolis.spaces.nexudus.com/ or download the Novapolis application from AppStore or Google Play.
2. Log in to the Novapolis platform desktop version or application.
3. After logging in, you can see the reservation status of Meeting Boxes under ”reservations”.
4. Select the desired time and complete the reservation. The payment goes directly to your company’s invoicing.
5. Enjoy your meeting!
Book a Meeting Box – External customer
The booking of Meeting Boxes takes place through our Novapolis platform or the desktop version.
1. Go to: https://novapolis.spaces.nexudus.com/ or download the Novapolis application from AppStore or Google Play.
2. Register as a user on the website (if you have not already registered before) and fill in the necessary information. After registering on the website, you can log in with your credentials to the Novapolis application or use a web browser.
3. You can see the reservation status of Meeting Boxes under ”reservations”.
4. Select the desired time and complete the reservation and payment.
5. Enjoy your meeting!
Using the Meeting Box
You have access to the Meeting Box’s equipment, which in Microkatu’s CoWork includes a 32” screen, the Poly Studio video and sound bar that enables hybrid meetings. Depending on the type of the Meeting Box, the equipment also includes either sofas or chairs and a WiFi connection.
Sockets can be found on the table and/or on the monitor stand or at the bottom of the sofa close to the floor.

Microkatu Network: Novapolis CoWork. Password: Kuopio2023.
Viestikatu Network: Novapolis Meeting. Password: Osaajienkaupunki2023
Using the screen/video bar (Microkatu)
If you only need to use the screen, just connect the HDMI cable to your computer.
If you want to use the camera and sound as well, connect a USB cable to your computer in addition to the HDMI.
Lighting and air ventilation
Depending on the type of Box, you can adjust the lighting and air ventilation of the Meeting Box with the controls found either on the wall of the box or on the monitor stand.
Tidiness:
Please make sure that the Meeting Box remains in a tidy condition after you use it. Please take the trash to the trash bin and return the dishes to the dish return.
If there is an accident and there is more mess, please notify the restaurant staff or the lobby service.
