Aulapalvelumme palvelevat poikkeuksellisesti perjantaina 22.12. klo 8-14.
Our reception services are exceptionally open on Friday 22.12. from 8 A.M. to 2 P.M.

Pyydämme toimittamaan lähtevän postin aulapalveluihin klo 10 mennessä.
Yrityksille, joilla on postin vienti- ja noutopalvelu, jaamme saapuvan postin klo 10 mennessä ja otamme samalla lähtevän postin.
Pyydämme tilaamaan mahdollisten muiden lähetysten noutoajat (esim. DHL, UPS, TNT) aulapalvelumme poikkeuksellisen aukioloajan huomioiden. Huomioittehan, että meillä ei ole tiedotusyhteyttä kuriirifirmoihin, joilta asiakkaat voivat tilata erillisiä noutoja paketeilleen. Otattehan pakettien lähetyksen ja niille tilattavan noutoajan huomioon aulapalvelun paikallaolon mukaisesti, mikäli tahdotte jättää paketin aulapalvelusta noudettavaksi. Voitte poikkeuspäivinä myös luovuttaa paketin kuriirifirmalle henkilökohtaisesti aulapalvelun kiinniollessa.

Please ensure outgoing mail is delivered to the lobby services by 10 A.M.
For businesses with outgoing mail pickup services, we will distribute incoming mail by 10 A.M. and collect outgoing mail at the same time.
Kindly schedule pickups for any other shipments (e.g., DHL, UPS, TNT) considering our reception service’s extended hours. Please note that we do not have direct communication with courier companies for customers to arrange separate pickups for their packages. When planning the shipment and pickup times for packages, please consider the availability of reception services if you intend to leave a package for pickup. On exceptional days, you may also hand over the package to the courier company personally when the reception service is closed.

Aamun postit lajitellaan normaalisti. Jätä lähtevä posti sille tarkoitettuun laatikkoon. Mikäli haluat aulapalvelun tekevän pakettikortin puolestasi, jätä paketti ja lähetystiedot postihuoneeseen, lähetämme paketin seuraavan päivän postissa.

The morning mail will be sorted as usual. Please deposit outgoing mail in the designated mailbox. If you would like the reception service to generate a package label for you, leave the package and shipping details in the mailroom, and we will send the package in the next day’s mail.
Muutoin aulapalvelumme palvelevat kaikkina arkipäivinä normaalein aukioloajoin.
Otherwise, our reception services are available on all weekdays during normal opening hours.
