The Giga meeting and webinar studio is furnished to enable you to organize a remote meeting or webinar to suit many needs. You can organize a four-person panel discussion or two-person armchair reflection in the room.
There are several background options and you can also bring your own visibility elements with you. Studio lights provide even illumination and are easy to move around. Choose the furniture that best suits your different needs, and we can also help you design a solution that works perfectly for you.
The room has a good meeting technologies that everyone can use, simply connect your own laptop to the roller-moving technology centre. When you want to produce more demanding material, we’ll provide a technician with us to take care of the picture, sound and streaming. All you need to do is focus on content!
The studio also has the technology to make podcasts, and we help you get quality recordings.

Rent 49 € / h includes:
Multiple furniture and background options to choose from, lights and meeting technology for remote meetings (operates on wheels). Guidance is included in the price for the first time using the facility. For longer bookings (half day to full day) and larger technology needs, please email kokous@novapolis.fi.
Podcast Studio 69 € / h:
Includes recording equipment and guidance for using. Use your computer to record.
The keys to the space are collected from the M-section reception service during weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
When paying the invoice, any cancellation must be made 48 hours before the start of the booking to prevent the reservation from being invoiced.
When using online payment, the booking is binding and the payment is not returned in the event of cancellation.
Prices exclude VAT.
